Sales Manager, Visma Proceedo

We are currently looking for a driven sales person to Visma Commerce who enjoys new sales as well as account management and who thrives on complex business selling with long sales cycles in both private and public sector.

We currently deliver services to more than 10 000 customers and more than 350 000 users across the Nordics and have our base in Sweden where our development, support and management functions are situated.

About the role

You will be a key member in our organization in charge of developing our business in Finland. Today we have customers in both private and public sector such as Nordea, Vaasan, Rexel, Metsähallitus and YLE to mention a few. You will work in close cooperation with the organization in Sweden and other Visma organizations in Finland in order to identify, qualify and maximize the revenue for the Buyer suite in Visma Commerce within existing and new accounts.

The dialogue with customers is business oriented, based on value and needs in the field of eProcurement, Invoice Management, Spend Management and Contract Management. To be successful, you need to be able to understand the needs of a CFO and a CPO. You will need to be confident and capable of presenting and discussing Visma Commerce’s solutions in public events as well as one on one discussions with customers.

Duties of the Sales Manager include:

  • Manage the execution of sales activities to new and existing clients
  • Write proposals with input from all relevant parties
  • Present proposals to clients and manage them through the entire sales cycle
  • Make business plans for the Finnish market, together with the management.
  • Negotiate price within well-defined schedules and guidelines
  • Produce regular and accurate forecasts as requested by the Sales Director in Stockholm

Requirements of the role:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the Saas and/or software business.
  • Proven success in selling solutions in one or more of the following solution areas: eProcurement solutions, ERP or Invoice Management solutions.
  • Experience with new sales to private as well as public sector.
  • Ability to justify value / business case for solutions
  • Results orientation and can demonstrate very good sales results
  • Good verbal and written Finnish and English, Swedish is a bonus
  • Good communication skills
  • Good team work skills
