Business Analyst, Technical Support, Severa Product Line

Visma Solutions Oy is the leading software house producing cloud services for SMEs in Finland. The product portfolio of the company includes work management solution Visma Severa, financial management and ERP solution Visma Netvisor, budgeting and reporting tool Navita and electronic invoice operator platform AutoInvoice/Maventa. Our offices are located in Lappeenranta employing 85 people and Helsinki employing 20 people. The five subsidiaries of Visma in Finland employ more than 700 experts in 30 offices all over the country serving over 50 000 customer companies.

Your work tasks could be for example

  • 3rd line support for our channels in Finland, Sweden, Norway and the Netherlands especially concerning needs for training, technical support and problem solving with integrations with ERP’s
  • Testing the integrations, especially skills for automating integration testing would bring value for us
  • Data processing tasks for customers using our own in-house tools but also using SQL
  • Supporting tasks in our releasing process
  • Perhaps you could also have role in our solution management like security and performance management.

Requirements and qualifications

You have preferably M Sc or B Sc from software engineering, business management etc. The most important skill to bring with you could be positive customer-oriented service attitude, curiosity, ownership of tasks and their implementation and the desire to become better in what you do. You should be analytical and problem solving oriented, and you can manage even demanding customer support situations. We are looking for a person who is able to communicate well, both orally and in writing in Finnish and English in a multicultural team. Position is located in Lappeenranta.
