Visma Services takes care of companies' payrolls, varying in size from one to a thousand persons. The demand for payroll services is clearly rising, as many companies find that this is not their core business. Constantly keeping up to date with the latest legislative changes and investing in hardware that rapidly becomes obsolete is not in their best interests.

Visma Services emphasizes efficiency, reliability and safety as key points in its payroll service. Safety includes the confidential handling and storing of information. We also offer individual and personal service as each client has a designated Payroll Accountant who is supported by the entire organization when needed.

Since we specialize in serving international companies, our payroll service can also take care of group-level reporting for the parent company abroad. Currently this includes parent companies in over twenty countries.

Visma provides you with a variety of HR services and tools to make your business more efficient. We can, for instance, provide assistance when your employees are moving to Finland; consult your company in transitional situations; or help you find a health care solution suited to your company's needs.

As a customer you can choose to outsource some or all of your HR functions to Visma. Our competent team will guide you through the local rules and regulations.

Visma's HR services are built on efficiency, safety and mutual trust between us and our clients. We offer each of our customers their own HR Consultant, who will coordinate the HR functions. We at Visma will follow your HR practices and reporting standards. Our HR Consultants work closely with Visma's payroll and accounting services to offer you the tools and services you need.
